I began my journey the same way every doctor does: inside real hospitals, treating real patients, committed to helping them beyond the limits of a short consultation. Working across different countries, I saw the same problem everywhere. Patients want long-term guidance, structure, and continuity from one trusted doctor.

But the system traps us in episodic care, paperwork, and workflows that make real long-term support nearly impossible. We see patients return with preventable problems—not because we failed, but because the system offers us no scalable tools.

At the same time, I witnessed something powerful: patients are ready for continuous digital care, but doctors have never been given a platform that allows them to manage 1,000 or more patients without burning out. Not until now.

After building hospital systems used by over 3,000 physicians, I understood deeply how doctors think, how we work, and what we truly need. That experience led to DocX—a Direct-to-Doctor model where physicians create structured Health Plans, build their own digital communities, and guide patients daily with the support of AI.
